We are seeking a skilled Voice and Accent Trainer to join our team in Egmore, Chennai preferably from RCM US healthcare BPO. The ideal candidate will have experience in enhancing communication skills among employees, ensuring they meet the standards required for effective customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on voice modulation, accent neutralization, and effective communication for US healthcare BPO employees.
Evaluate and assess trainees progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Develop training materials and resources tailored to the needs of the team and the specific requirements of the US healthcare industry.
Collaborate with team leaders to understand training needs and customize programs accordingly.
Stay updated with the latest trends in voice and accent training and incorporate them into the training curriculum.

Skills and Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in voice and accent training, preferably in a BPO environment.
Strong understanding of the US accent and healthcare terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions especially for AR callers and providing floor support.
Proficient in using training tools and technologies for effective learning. Also, giving feedback by monitoring live or recorded calls.
Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.

Salary: Will be matched according to previous salary and experience
