Generative AI, LLMs, Speech AI, multilingual conversations and real-world enterprise automation . What you'll do

• Research and improve

Voice AI agent performance across real-world enterprise conversations

• Work on

Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), LLMs and conversational AI pipelines

• Improve voice agent performance across

Indian languages, regional dialects and code-mixed conversations

• Research techniques to reduce latency and improve response quality
• Evaluate and improve

speech recognition, pronunciation, accent and language understanding

• Develop methodologies to benchmark voice agents across different languages and use cases
• Analyse conversation transcripts, audio and agent failures to identify areas for improvement
• Research prompt engineering, context management, conversation memory and agent orchestration
• Experiment with different LLM, STT and TTS models and identify the best models for specific use cases
• Build evaluation datasets and automated testing frameworks for Voice AI
• Research conversational intelligence techniques including

intent detection, sentiment, objection handling, summarisation and next-best-action

• Work closely with the

CTO and CPO to convert research findings into product improvements

• Stay updated with the latest research in

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, Speech Processing or a related field

• 1–4 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, Speech AI, LLMs or Conversational AI
• Strong understanding of LLM and conversational AI concepts
• Familiarity with STT/ASR and TTS technologies
• Strong Python skills
• Experience working with APIs and AI/ML frameworks
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills
• Ability to design experiments, analyse results and draw actionable conclusions
• Strong curiosity about emerging AI technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Good to have
• Experience with

Gemini, GPT, Claude or open-source LLMs

• Experience with

ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Sarvam, Azure Speech, Google Speech or similar platforms

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or agent frameworks
• Experience with speech datasets and model evaluation
• Experience with Indic languages
• Experience building voice bots or conversational agents
• Knowledge of audio processing
• Experience with RAG, embeddings and vector databases
