Job Title: Freelance Voice & Accent Trainer (US Process)

Location: Indore (On-site/Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Voice & Accent Trainer to deliver Voice & Accent (V&A) training for candidates working in US-based customer service and BPO processes. The trainer should have hands-on experience conducting V&A training programs focused on neutralization, pronunciation, fluency, listening skills, and customer communication for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for US process employees.
• Assess candidates' communication skills and identify improvement areas.
• Train participants on pronunciation, intonation, grammar, and conversational skills.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
• Monitor training effectiveness and share progress reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer for US processes.
• Strong understanding of American accent, culture, and customer service communication.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Prior experience in BPO/Contact Center training is preferred.
• Availability for freelance assignments in Indore.
