We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in VMware virtualization, Cisco UCS and Windows Server environments. The candidate will be responsible for administration, troubleshooting, performance optimization and support of enterprise data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter environments.
• Manage VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, VM provisioning, migration and resource allocation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot VMware performance, availability and capacity issues.
• Administer Cisco UCS, including UCS Manager, Fabric Interconnects, B-Series/C-Series servers and server profiles.
• Perform server provisioning, firmware upgrades, hardware troubleshooting and capacity management.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Windows server services.
• Handle incidents, problem management, change requests and production escalations.
• Perform patching, upgrades, backup/restore and infrastructure maintenance.
• Monitor infrastructure health and ensure high availability, reliability and performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and follow enterprise ITIL/change-management processes.
• Collaborate with network, storage, security and application teams for infrastructure operations.
