Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced VMware Administrator with 8+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise VMware virtualization environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, vSAN, SRM, Backup & Recovery, and Disaster Recovery solutions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and scalability of the organization's virtual infrastructure.Must Have :

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in VMware Infrastructure Administration.
• Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter administration.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise virtualization environments.
• Hands-on experience with VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and vSAN.
• Experience with VMware SRM and Disaster Recovery planning.
• Strong knowledge of SAN and NAS storage technologies.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or NetBackup.
• Good understanding of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based support and operational processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support VMware vSphere infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Manage VMware ESXi hosts, vCenter Servers, clusters, datastores, and resource pools.
• Configure and manage VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and vSAN environments.
• Provision, deploy, migrate, clone, and manage virtual machines throughout their lifecycle.
• Perform VMware platform patching, upgrades, and security remediation activities.
• Implement and support Disaster Recovery solutions using VMware SRM and enterprise backup tools.
• Monitor virtual infrastructure performance and conduct capacity planning activities.
• Troubleshoot complex VMware, storage, and system-related issues.
• Manage SAN/NAS storage integration with VMware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with Network, Storage, Security, Cloud, and Server teams on infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Provide L3 support for critical incidents and participate in on-call support rotations.
