VMC Programmer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, and EDM to produce high-quality parts.
  
• Read engineering drawings and create NC programs using G-code.
  
• Set up and manage tooling on CNC machines according to production requirements.
  
• Monitor machine performance during production runs to identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in operating CNC machines (VMC, HMC, EDM).
  
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant field (Automobile Engineering, Applied Electronics & Instrumentation).
  
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and creating NC programs using G-code.
  
• Strong understanding of machining processes including turning, milling, drilling, tapping etc.
