VMC Operator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machine to produce high-quality parts with precision and accuracy.
• Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflow, reduce downtime, and improve productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience as a VMC operator in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code or M-code.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Proficiency in setting up complex machinery configurations using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers.
