VMC Operator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machine to produce high-quality parts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems using problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience as a VMC operator or similar role in the auto components industry.
• Proficiency in operating VMC machines with knowledge of programming languages such as G-code or PostScript.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, including mechanics, casting, and machining processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
