VMC Operator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machine to produce high-quality parts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with production team members to optimize production processes and improve productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in operating a VMC machine or similar CNC equipment.
• Strong understanding of milling, turning, and VMC setting techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
