VMC Operator - Tool Room

Role & responsibilities

• Good knowledge of VMC/CNC machine operation.
• Knowledge of milling, drilling, tapping, and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, feeds, and speeds.
• Knowledge of tool offsets and work offsets.
• Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code is preferred.
• Good knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
• Good understanding of dimensional tolerances.
• Ability to identify basic machining and tooling problems.
• Good attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
