Roles & responsibilities

• Set up and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines.
• Perform CNC milling machine setting and programming (mandatory).
• Troubleshoot production and machining issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Set tools, fixtures, and workholding devices before production.
• Load and unload components safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and

other standard inspection tools.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and machining specifications.
• Follow production schedules while maintaining safety and productivity.
• Work effectively in a three-shift operation.

Preferred candidate profile

27 years of experience in production and troubleshooting of machining processes.

• Strong knowledge of CNC Milling machine setting and programming (mandatory).
• Good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Proficiency in engineering drawing reading.
• Knowledge of machining processes and production practices.
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (3 shifts).
