Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)-

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Vmware vSphere Management with Admin (Technical) Skills
• Knowledge of overall IT Architecture, Performance Tunning & High Availability.
• Expertise in VCF vSphere Platform
• Knowledge of Servers, Storage, Linux, Network, PostgreSQL, EDB, Kubernetes, OCP & Banking Domain
• Readiness to work in 24x7 environment
• Design, deploy, and operate VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments alongside traditional vSphere stacks (vCenter, ESXi).
• Build and maintain *vSphere* clusters, *vSAN* storage, and *NSX* networking, ensuring highavailability and performance.
• Automate routine tasks with *PowerCLI* or other scripts; IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible are a plus .
• Troubleshoot complex virtualization issues and provide clientfacing updates.

• Scripting/automation (PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong problemsolving and communication abilities.
• VMware certifications such as *VCPDCV*,vcf,vsphere *VCAP*, or VCFspecific tracks , Work environment_

• handson with VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi).
• Solid grasp of *VCF architecture* and its components (SDDC Manager, workload domains, NSX).
• Familiarity with *compute, storage, and networking* concepts in virtualized data centers.
• Exposure to *hybrid cloud* integrations (e.g., VMware on AWS, Azure VMware Solution) is desirable.
