VLSI Engineer Trainee

Role & Responsibilities

• Support VLSI design, verification, and implementation activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Work on RTL coding, simulation, debugging, and basic synthesis tasks.
• Assist in developing and validating digital design modules.
• Analyze technical issues and support root-cause identification and resolution.
• Collaborate with design, verification, and other engineering teams.
• Learn and work with industry-standard VLSI tools and methodologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, ECE, EEE, VLSI or a related discipline.
• Strong fundamentals in Digital Electronics, Verilog/SystemVerilog, and basic VLSI concepts.
• Familiarity with RTL design, simulation, and debugging is preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for learning and building a career in VLSI/semiconductor design.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant academic/project experience are welcome.
• Candidates who do not meet the specified role requirements may be considered for further capability enhancement through the organizations Learning & Development (L&D) VLSI competency building program.
