Vitreoretina Surgeon

We are looking for a highly skilled Vitreous and Phaco Surgeon with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will have excellent surgical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform complex eye surgeries, including phacoemulsification and vitreoectomy.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop post-operative care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology and surgery techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
