Visualizer / Senior Graphic Designer-Leading Consulting Company

Job Overview

The company is looking for a Visualizer / Senior Graphic Designer who can translate strategic and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and cohesive brand experiences.

The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with strategic thinking, research, and an understanding of brand positioning. The role requires the ability to independently interpret briefs, research the client and competitive landscape, develop visual directions, and execute designs consistently across digital, print, presentation, and on-ground applications.

Candidates with experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visualisation & Creative Concept Development

• Translate strategic, brand, and creative briefs into strong visual concepts and design directions.
• Understand business objectives, target audiences, and communication priorities before initiating design.
• Develop original visual ideas rather than simply executing predefined instructions.
• Present and justify creative decisions based on brand positioning and audience requirements.

2. Research & Visual Direction

• Research clients, industry categories, competitors, and international design benchmarks.
• Develop mood boards, visual references, and creative territories.
• Recommend suitable imagery, typography, layouts, colour palettes, and design approaches.
• Stay updated on contemporary visual trends and international design standards.

3. Brand Identity & Design Systems

• Interpret and implement brand guidelines across multiple applications.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colour systems, grids, imagery, iconography, and visual hierarchy.
• Develop and extend visual identity systems where existing brand guidelines are incomplete.
• Ensure consistency across all brand communication and customer touchpoints.

4. Brand Collateral & Creative Execution
Design and develop a wide range of brand and marketing assets, including:

• Brand identities and visual systems.
• Corporate presentations and company profiles.
• Real estate project brochures and sales collateral.
• Marketing and sales presentations.
• Social media creatives and design templates.
• Digital campaign creatives and advertising assets.
• Outdoor advertising, hoardings, and signage.
• Print collateral, event branding, and launch materials.
• Website visual direction and digital assets.
• Customer experience touchpoints, mock-ups, and brand applications.

5. Real Estate & Premium Brand Communication

• Develop sophisticated visual communication for real estate developers, architecture firms, hospitality businesses, luxury brands, and premium consumer businesses.
• Create project brochures, sales presentations, corporate profiles, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain visual consistency across project identity, sales galleries, digital campaigns, outdoor media, and customer communication.
• Understand the visual standards and communication expectations of premium and luxury audiences.

6. Presentation Design

• Develop polished corporate presentations, sales decks, and business communication materials.
• Create structured and visually engaging presentation systems using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Translate complex information into clear, compelling visual narratives.

7. Independent Ownership & Collaboration

• Take ownership of design briefs and manage projects from concept to final execution.
• Collaborate with strategists, consultants, writers, and senior leadership.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

• 48 years of relevant experience in a design agency, creative studio, real estate company, or premium brand environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects and complete brand ecosystems, rather than only individual social media creatives.
• Excellent visualisation, layout, typography, composition, and image-selection skills.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Slides, with the ability to develop sophisticated presentations.
• Ability to source, curate, and manipulate imagery independently.
• Familiarity with contemporary AI-powered design and visualisation tools will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and contemporary design standards.
• Ability to interpret briefs, think independently, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
