Were looking for a highly creative Visual Motion Designer who is equally comfortable editing a video, animating a visual concept, creating a social campaign, or designing a polished digital experience in Figma. Video editing and motion graphics are core requirements for this position, supported by strong UI/UX and graphic design capabilities. We need someone who can independently take ownership of creative assignments, understand the objective behind them, explore strong visual directions, and deliver production-ready work without needing constant creative direction.

• In video editing, youll be responsible for creating and editing YouTube videos, Brand films, Promotional and campaign videos, Product videos, Short-form social media content, Reels and digital advertisements, Website and case-study videos, and internal and external brand communication videos.
• You should have a strong understanding of Editing and sequencing, Storytelling, Pacing, Transitions, Sound design and music syncing, Typography in video, Colour correction, Visual effects, and creating engaging intros, outros, and title sequences.
• In motion animation, youll create Motion graphics, Animated brand assets, UI animations, Product interaction demos, Microinteraction concepts, Kinetic typography, Animated icons and illustrations, Explainer animations, and social media motion creatives.
• In UI design, you will be working on Website and landing page design, Product interfaces, Responsive UI, High-fidelity visual design, Interactive Figma prototypes, Microinteractions and interface transitions, Design systems and reusable components, and developer-ready design specifications.
• In branding graphics, youll support the wider visual identity through Social media posts and campaigns, Digital marketing creatives, Website graphics, Event assets, Brand graphics, Illustrations and visual concepts, Presentation visuals.

• Excellent visual design taste
• Strong motion and video editing skills
• Advanced knowledge of Figma
• Strong typography and composition skills
• A solid understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience designing interactions and microinteractions
• Strong conceptual thinking
• An eye for contemporary digital design
• Ability to work across multiple creative formats
• Attention to detail from concept through final export
• Ability to own projects and independently move them forward
