Visual Merchandiser

• Manage and oversee the implementation of Visual Merchandising across all Points of Purchase (SR, IR MOB and MUB), ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market requirements. Provide campaign implementation feedback and post-campaign evaluations, highlighting required local adaptations to the Senior VM Manager.
• Develop, approve and implement POP zoning plans in partnership with Retail Planning and Store Teams, aligned with the Retail Calendar, market activation plans and category priorities.
• Coach and deliver VM training for store teams across all channels, building VM capabilities and maintaining a network of VM Specialists within each MOB.
• Manage the forecasting, ordering and distribution of VM tools, fixtures and display elements to ensure timely execution of campaigns, activations and new store openings.
• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits, providing actionable recommendations to improve execution quality, consumer experience and compliance with brand standards.
• Track and manage VM budget expenditure in line with allocated market budgets, ensuring responsible use of resources and compliance with budget guidelines.
• Maintain the INSEAM VM database, ensuring accuracy of VM assets, store information and deployment tracking.
• Support the execution of key brand activations, including sell-in meetings, SWDs, PR events and other consumer-facing initiatives.
• Identify and escalate operational challenges and execution roadblocks to the Senior VM Manager, collaborating with regional and central VM teams to develop solutions.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, identifying trends, best practices and opportunities to enhance VM execution.
