Visual Merchandiser

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies across retail stores to enhance product presentation and customer engagement.
• Create attractive window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store product arrangements in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure effective display of ethnic wear collections, including sarees, suits, lehengas, and seasonal merchandise.
• Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards across all assigned stores.
• Coordinate with store managers and retail operations teams to implement VM guidelines and promotional displays.
• Execute seasonal campaigns, festive decorations, new collection launches, and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor visual merchandising standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize store layouts, product placements, and display arrangements to improve customer experience and drive sales.
• Monitor competitor visual merchandising trends and recommend innovative display concepts.
• Train and guide store teams on maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in Visual Merchandising within the fashion and apparel retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of window displays, mannequin styling, store layouts, and product presentation.
• Experience in women's ethnic wear, fashion apparel, or lifestyle retail will be an advantage.
• Creative mindset with a good sense of aesthetics, colour coordination, and current fashion trends.
• Ability to maintain VM standards across multiple retail stores.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to different store locations as required.
