About this role

1. Store Layout and Display Design:

Plan and design innovative and eye-catching displays for product showcases, windows, and in-store areas. Utilize your creative skills to arrange products, props, and signage to highlight key features and benefits.

2. Visual Presentation:

Implement consistent brand standards across all visual elements to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
Ensure that visual presentations adhere to the latest industry trends and incorporate seasonal changes effectively.

3. Product Placement and Organization:

Strategically place products to maximize visibility and accessibility for customers. Maintain a well-organized and clean display environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.

4. Collaboration:

Partner with marketing teams to translate promotional and marketing campaigns into effective in-store displays.
Collaborate with the design team to create attractive signage, graphics, and other visual elements.

5. Customer Engagement:

Develop interactive and engaging displays that encourage customer interaction and product exploration. Train and educate sales associates on the features and benefits of showcased products to assist customer inquiries.

6. Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt visual merchandising strategies accordingly.

7. Feedback and Analysis:

Gather feedback from customers and sales teams on the effectiveness of visual displays.
Budget Management: Work within allocated budgets for visual merchandising materials, props, and displays. Source cost-effective yet impactful materials to achieve desired results.

Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
