Graphic Designer / Creative Production Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a talented Graphic Designer to join a leading global animal health company dedicated to improving the lives of pets and farm animals through innovation, science, and technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume creative production environments, strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to manage multiple design projects while ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Outcomes

• Execute creative asset production with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Create, update, adapt, and version marketing and promotional materials across multiple channels.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand, regulatory, and quality standards.

Innovate Boldly

• Utilize design tools, automation techniques, and workflow efficiencies to improve productivity.
• Support large-scale content adaptation and design versioning initiatives.

Involve Purposefully

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regulatory, and cross-functional global teams.
• Ensure all assets comply with submission and approval requirements.

Own It

• Take accountability for technical accuracy, consistency, and compliance of assigned projects.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or related field.
• Professional Diploma in Graphic Design or Applied Arts may also be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume production design environment (Agency or In-House).
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• Production design expertise
• Artwork adaptation
• Asset versioning
• Technical precision

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and workflows.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Animal Health, or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of MLR/Regulatory review processes.
• Exposure to Motion Graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital content updates.
• Experience supporting global stakeholders and multinational teams.
