Visual Designer

About the Role – Visual/UI Designer As a

Visual/UI Designer , you will

own the design vision for AppsForBharat’s suite of digital products. Your role will involve

creating high-impact, intuitive, and emotionally resonant experiences that enhance spiritual engagement for millions of users. You will work

cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Business, and Data teams to build innovative features that drive

user delight, engagement, and retention .

Key Responsibilities:- 🔹Crafting Delightful User Experiences

• Build high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes using

Figma

• Use

motion design tools to create

engaging micro-interactions and

animations (MUST)

• Collaborate with developers to

ensure pixel-perfect implementation .

🔹 User-Centric Product Design

• Lead

end-to-end design for core product features, from

concept to execution .

• Understand & translate user needs into compelling, intuitive, and delightful experiences.
• Own & refine the design system ,define and

elevate design processes, best practices, ensuring consistency across products.

• Collaborate with

product managers to ensure design decisions align with business goals.

What We’re Looking For ✅

2-4 years of experience in

Visual/UI Designer, with strong design thinking background , with a must have

B2C mobile-first exprience. ✅

Exceptional portfolio showcasing user-centered design, strong visual skills & problem-solving abilities. ✅

Expertise in Figma, after effects, lottie, Rive and similar tools ✅

Skilled in animations and micro interactions to bring delight across the user flows ✅

Strong storytelling & communication skills can articulate design rationale effectively. ✅

Passion for spirituality & devotion-based experiences is a major plus!
