Visual Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Visual Designer with 8+ years of experience in crafting compelling visual experiences across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, exceptional aesthetic sense, and expertise in creating engaging visual assets that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for web, mobile, marketing, social media, presentations, and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand identity, design systems, and visual standards across all channels.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams, marketing teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful design solutions.
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, banners, email templates, infographics, and advertisements.
• Create illustrations, icons, graphics, and other visual assets to enhance user engagement.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing concepts and presentations.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all visual touchpoints.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual design.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance to the design team.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or Digital Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and marketing creatives.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Figma
• Sketch (preferred)
• Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive digital platforms.
• Knowledge of design systems and brand governance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
