About the Role

StaidLogic is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual & Information Designer to transform complex enterprise software and AI concepts into modern, engaging, and high-converting visual assets.

The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to simplify technical workflows, architectures, and business concepts into polished visuals for enterprise buyers, C-level executives, sales teams, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Document Carousels

• Design 1 polished 5–7 slide PDF carousel per week
• Visually simplify complex technology and industry workflows
• Create engaging content around topics such as AI, automation, document extraction, legacy modernization, and enterprise solutions

Architectural & Process Diagrams

• Create 2+ clean visual flowcharts per month
• Design process flows, system architectures, and technology comparisons
• Visualize legacy system bottlenecks and modern Pega/AI-driven solutions

Executive Presentation Design

• Design and visually enhance C-level sales presentations, proposals, and SOW decks
• Improve layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall presentation quality
• Deliver presentation updates with a 48-hour or less turnaround when required

Visual Brand Consistency

• Maintain a consistent, premium enterprise technology aesthetic
• Follow brand guidelines across LinkedIn, sales decks, proposals, and web assets
• Use clean typography, structured layouts, unified color palettes, and professional visuals
• Avoid generic templates and clipart; create purposeful, high-quality visual assets

Core Skills & Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Information Design, Presentation Design, or a related field
Experience working in B2B Technology / Enterprise IT environments
Strong proficiency in Figma, Canva Enterprise, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
Hands-on experience with PowerPoint and Google Slides
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and information design
Ability to simplify complex data flows, processes, and multi-tier architectures
Strong sense of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and composition
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines

Portfolio Required

Candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing:

• Executive/C-level presentation decks
  • Infographics and information design
  • Process & architecture diagrams
  • LinkedIn/social media carousels
  • B2B technology or enterprise-focused visual content
