Visual Designer

We are looking for a Visual Designer who can work in a fast-paced environment and turn briefs into engaging, high-quality visual content. The role involves creating social media creatives, posters, reels, and in-store branding while maintaining a consistent and recognisable visual identity. You should be comfortable working on quick turnarounds without compromising on design quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design posters, social media creatives, and offline/in-store collateral that create a consistent and recognisable brand presence.
• Own and evolve the brand's visual identity as the business scales.
• Turn campaign briefs into polished, on-brand visuals within quick timelines.
• Work closely with the content and growth teams to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Stay updated with visual trends and what's performing well across Indian social media.
• Adapt creative concepts across different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience designing for social media, print, branding, or digital platforms. Agency, D2C brand, or strong freelance experience is welcome.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong poster design, branding, and visual communication skills.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Strong awareness of current Indian social media trends and visual culture.
• Ability to work quickly, take briefs independently, and manage multiple creative requirements.
• Good to have: Basic reels/motion editing skills or experience designing for healthcare, wellness, retail, D2C, or quick-commerce brands.
