Visual Designer

Junior Visual Designer

We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer with strong visual design fundamentals and a keen interest in creating engaging digital content. The role involves designing static and motion-led creatives, with a special focus on Reels and short-form videos for social platforms

On any given day you might,

• Design static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and internal communication

• Create, edit, and optimize Reels and short-form videos for social platforms

• Adapt creatives across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency

• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life

• Execute concepts basis briefs and refine them based on feedback

• Stay updated with emerging design trends, reel formats, transitions, and platform best practices

The ideal person,

• Has 2-3 years of experience in visual design (agency experience preferred)

• Possesses strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling

• Is proficient in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator

• Has working knowledge of video editing / reel creation tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)

• Understands social-first content and how audiences consume short-form video

• Is detail-oriented, proactive, and open to learning

• Communicates well and collaborates effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
