What would you do?

The Senior Analyst drives advanced visual and motion design for digital learning solutions. Youll design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry-standard tools and AIpowered workflows. They lead complex design projects, ensure quality standards, and mentor junior designers.

Talent Development process

In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,

Premiere Pro).

Advanced Adobe Suite, Cinema4D Blender, Figma.

Knowledge of UX UI, accessibility, and responsive design.

Proficiency in AI design workflows, video generation, voice synthesis.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to influence and guide both clients and internal teams.

What are we looking for?

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.

5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design Animations with, project ownership

Understanding of L&D industry is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Graphic Designer Role

Independently Develop high quality graphics, icons, and layouts for training programs.

Design interactive infographics, visual storytelling, and illustrations.

Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).

Apply Graphic Design Principles for creating visual assets.

Apply AI based design skills for faster asset generation.

Apply UX principles to improve learner engagement.

Mentor junior associates in design tools and workflows.

Motion Graphics Designer Role

Create high end 2D 3D animations and interactive videos.

Integrate AI driven voiceover and avatar tools.

Work with AR VR content for immersive training.

Oversee post production quality (colour grading, sound).
