This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.
What are we looking for

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.

Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI.Creativity and Design skills:

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.

Attention to details is a must.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.

Strong organizational skills.

Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends.

Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics will be a plus.
