About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Creator / Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and experience creating engaging static visuals, motion graphics, animated videos and digital content for marketing and communication.

You will work closely with the marketing and business teams to transform ideas and concepts into visually compelling content across digital platforms.

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office 5 Days

Experience: 1- 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining Preference: Candidates who can join immediately or within 1520 days will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos and visual content for digital and marketing campaigns.
• Design high-quality static graphics, social media creatives, banners, presentations and promotional content.
• Handle video editing, animation and motion design from concept to final output.
• Develop creative content that effectively communicates product features, campaigns and business messages.
• Work on storyboarding, visual storytelling and creative concepts for videos and animations.
• Create content for social media, websites, email campaigns, product marketing and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, visual identity and design quality.
• Explore and incorporate AI tools and emerging creative technologies into the design and content creation process.
• Manage multiple creative projects and deliver work within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Visual Content Creation, Graphic Design or Video Design.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Good understanding of motion graphics, animation, video editing and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to convert ideas/concepts into engaging visual content.
• Knowledge of AI-powered design/video tools will be an added advantage.
• Experience in B2B SaaS / Software / Technology companies will be preferred.
• A strong portfolio / Behance / work samples is required.
