Job Location: Satysai District, Andhra Pradesh (100 km from Bangalore Air port)
Qualification: Diploma/BE
Experience: Min 2+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and integrate machine vision systems for automated production lines and manufacturing equipment.
• Select and configure vision hardware - cameras, lenses, lighting systems, sensors, and industrial PCs.
• Develop vision applications using industry-standard platforms such as Cognex, Keyence, Matrox and similar technologies.
• Create image-processing algorithms for inspection, measurement, identification, positioning, and robot guidance applications.
• Collaborate with PLC, Robot, and Controls Engineers to integrate vision systems into automated manufacturing cells.
• Perform system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization to meet customer requirements.
• Support factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), commissioning, and startup activities.
• Analyze process capability and inspection performance to improve manufacturing quality and productivity.
• Generate technical documentation, including system specifications, operating procedures, and test reports.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, field service teams, and production personnel.
• Travel as required to customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, and system support.

Required Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine vision, industrial automation, or manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience with major industrial vision system platforms.
• Strong knowledge of image processing, optics, camera technology, and lighting techniques.
• Experience with PLC integration (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, etc.).
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, OPC-UA, or Modbus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Visual Basic or C#.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and system layouts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to have:

• Experience with robotic guidance and machine vision integration.
• Knowledge of AI-based inspection systems and deep learning applications.
• Experience with OpenCV, HALCON, or custom vision software development.
• Understanding of automotive, battery manufacturing, e-mobility, or precision machining environments.
• Certifications in Vision Technology.
