Visa Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visa Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international visa processing, documentation, embassy requirements, and visa application procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end visa processing for international destinations.
• Manage tourist, business, and other relevant visa applications.
• Verify passports, application forms, financial documents, travel itineraries, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS Global, BLS International, and authorized visa application centres.
• Manage visa appointments, biometric scheduling, application tracking, and client follow-ups.
• Handle complex visa cases and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Stay updated on visa rules, documentation requirements, and immigration procedures.
• Coordinate with ticketing, reservations, and holiday teams.
• Guide junior team members and maintain visa records and MIS reports.

Required Skills :

• 3-5 years of experience in visa processing in the travel industry.
• Good knowledge of international visa procedures and documentation.
• Experience handling multiple destinations, such as Schengen countries, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UAE, as relevant to the business.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and visa application portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
