Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Officer located in Fort - Mumbai. The Visa Officer will be responsible for handling Tourist and Business visa applications, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include assessing visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, maintaining applicant records, and effectively communicating with applicants and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Tourist & Business Visas.
• Well aware about the process of different countries visa and requirements.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Bachelor's degree .
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience around 3-4 years in similar role is mandatory.
• Strong communication.
