Visa Documentation Intern

We're looking for a Fulfillment Intern to support the end-to-end processing of visa applications and learn how high-quality travel operations work at scale.

You'll work closely with our regional operations team to review applications, track cases, coordinate across stakeholders, and support customers through the visa process. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground internship where attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter every day.

Responsibilities:

• Support customers through the visa process by helping communicate requirements, documentation, and next steps.
• Review visa documentation for completeness and accuracy, escalating issues or missing information when needed.
• Coordinate across teams and external stakeholders to help keep applications moving and support communication with consulates and embassies.
• Track application progress closely and help ensure customers receive timely updates on status and required actions.
• Support accurate and reliable execution by maintaining customer data confidentiality and contributing to a smooth experience from start to finish.
