Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Counsel students/clients regarding visa requirements, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and timelines.
• Understand the applicants educational, financial, professional, and travel background to recommend suitable visa options.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding embassy/consulate requirements and visa regulations.
• Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa application documents.
• Review application forms and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify missing or incorrect documents and advise applicants on necessary corrections.
• Guide applicants through the complete visa application process, from initial consultation to visa decision.
• Assist clients with visa application forms, appointment scheduling, biometrics, and other procedural requirements.
• Prepare applicants for visa interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing appropriate guidance.
• Keep clients informed about application
