Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through outbound calls to customers, business partners, and agents.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable insurance plans.
  
• Promote Health, Life, Motor, General, and Group Insurance products.
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.
  
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
