We are Hiring | Sales Specialist NPS Sales (VRM Profile)

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell National Pension System (NPS) products through Virtual Relationship Management (VRM). This is a non-voice role involving webinars and video-based client interactions.

Role Highlights:

• Engage customers through virtual meetings/webinars to understand retirement goals
• Present and recommend suitable NPS solutions
• Drive sales closures remotely and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain customer records and build long-term relationships
• Provide personalized retirement planning solutions

Experience:

Minimum 3 Years of experience in Banking / Financial Sales

Qualification:

Graduate (Mandatory)

Shift Timing:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM – Fixed Shift

Saturday & Sunday – Fixed Week Off

Salary:

Up to 6 LPA (Based on experience & last drawn)
