Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer relationships through virtual channels such as phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
• Sell and renew Motor Insurance policies including car and two-wheeler insurance.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Motor Insurance / Motor Sales.
• Good knowledge of motor insurance products and policy terms.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up activities.
• Comfortable working on virtual/digital sales platforms.
• Customer-focused approach with good relationship management skills.

Education: Graduate preferred.
