Job Opening:- VRM Support Executive

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Job Role:

VRM Support Executives to provide relationship management support and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves assisting customers with banking services, resolving queries, and supporting Virtual Relationship Managers in managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions and provide support for banking products and services.
• Assist in managing customer relationships and addressing service-related requests.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) in customer engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Adhere to banking compliance, quality, and service standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking, BFSI, or VRM Support roles.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Versant Level 5 communication proficiency required.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• CTC: 34,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary:30,000 per month

Work Schedule:

• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Weekly Off

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in Banking, BFSI, Relationship Management, or Customer Service roles.
• Strong customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and service-oriented environment.
