Virtual Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to manage customer relationships virtually, understand their insurance requirements, and provide suitable insurance solutions through calls and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through calls and virtual communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Generate sales through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and terms clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, and customer queries.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide timely support.
• Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 14 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, telecalling, relationship management, or BFSI.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable handling customers over phone and digital platforms.
• Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
