Job Role - Virtual Relationship Manager (MSME)

Process: Virtual Relationship Manager Wealth Management MSME

Location: Turbhe (Juinagar), Navi Mumbai

Eligibility:-

• Graduate candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an MSME VRM in the banking sector
• Candidates with general telecalling experience will not be considered
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills
• Telugu communication will be an added advantage
• Versant Level 5 communication proficiency required
• Minimum 650 CIBIL score required

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle calls with existing and prospective MSME/business customers
• Explain and promote banking products including business loans, working capital loans, current accounts, insurance, and wealth/investment products
• Manage MSME customer relationships and understand their banking requirements
• Generate leads and achieve sales and revenue targets
• Collect and verify customer information and required documents
• Follow up on applications, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and achieve daily/monthly productivity targets
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal banking teams
• Manage customer interactions through phone, video, and digital channels without regular physical customer visits
