Job Role

• Outbound calling for Kotak 811 banking products
• Explain banking services, insurance & digital products
• Lead generation and customer acquisition
• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer follow-ups

Eligibility

• Graduate Mandatory
• Age: 20 - 32 Years
• Banking / BPO Sales Experience Required
• Freshers Not Eligible
• Excellent English Communication Required
• Good Mathematical Skills
• No Work Gap More Than 6 Months

Salary & Benefits

• Up to 4.5 LPA CTC
• Attractive Monthly Incentives Up to 35K
• Direct Bank Payroll

Shift Details

• 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• 6 Week Offs Monthly
• 4 Sundays
• 2 Saturdays
