Location: Wagle Estate, Thane
Payroll: Kotak Mahindra Bank On-Roll

Eligibility:

• Graduate
• Male/Female candidates with banking sales experience
• Freshers not eligible
• Age: 20–30 years
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good mathematical/calculation skills
• BPO calling experience preferred
• No employment gap of more than 6 months

Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling for Kotak 811 and banking products
• Explain product features and digital banking services
• Lead generation and customer acquisition
• Achieve sales targets and conduct regular follow-ups
• Maintain customer records and data

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Offs: 6 days off/month – 4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays
