Position: Virtual Relationship Manager POS & Digital Banking
Location: Thane Wagle Estate
Employment: Full-Time | On-Roll
Payroll: Directly with Kotak Mahindra Bank
Experience: 15 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
CTC: 3.0 to 4.5 LPA + Incentives up to 20,000/month
Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Week Off: 6 days/month (4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage merchant/customer relationships through calls and digital channels
Handle POS, CMS and digital banking queries
Customer engagement, retention and portfolio activation
Cross-sell banking products and achieve business targets
Coordinate with internal teams for timely query resolution
Maintain MIS and calling data
Required: Strong communication skills in Hindi, English and Marathi, customer handling, relationship management, MS Excel/CRM and a target-oriented approach.
