About this role
Job Summary
We are looking the candidate who are experienced in Voice Process for medical billing in US Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound patients and/or any other calls of the practice and answering them i.e. Appointment Scheduling, re-scheduling or cancellation, prescription/lab and billing related questions and any other concerns.
- Outbound calls to patients and/insurance.
- Handle outbound calls to resolve patient billing issues.
- Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards with 99% attendance of all calls on the same day or within 1 working hour of call back time.
- Strong knowledge in patient calling
- Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims
- Work cohesively in a team setting, Assist team members to achieve shared goals
- Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner
- Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors/Physician for claim status
