About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Executives to join our telecom sales team. This is an entry-level outbound sales role where you will engage customers in Canada, promote telecom products and services, and drive sales through effective communication and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Deliver excellent customer experience while maximizing revenue.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication with a clear and neutral English accent.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused approach with active listening abilities.
• Resilience and confidence in handling rejections.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Eligibility

• Graduates preferred (flexibility based on communication skills).
• Freshers are welcome.
• 6+ Months to 4 years of experience in BPO, tele sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
