Role & responsibilities

• Collaborating with Director to understand precise staffing from India needs that we do not settle for 2nd best ever
• Primarily responsible for end to end Recruitment to fill all vacant positions on top Priority from India
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings for IT & NON IT ROLES
• Personally conduct detailed 1st and 2nd interviews, managing the hiring process, and coordinate right upto Final Interview
• To undertake all HR Duties of the Company as this will be a one man/woman army for now
• Ensure international legal compliance throughout Recruitment process

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have relevant HR Qualifications from a reputed Institution
• Proven experience of Minimum 5 years as a recruitment specialist, recruiter, or similar role
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have completing all schooling from Nursery to Grade 12 and onwards in English Medium
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with use of AI and latest recruitment tools
• Ability to work Flexible Hours
• Must have a huge sense of urgency in achieving deadlines

PAY - Rs 30,000 to 50,000 INR per month
