We are hiring for an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master Client-Facing to join our team in Bangalore (Work from Office).

Position: Scrum Master Client-Facing
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Bangalore WFO
Domain: Enterprise Data Platform / Lakehouse Modernization
Industry: Life Sciences / Pharma

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing Agile delivery across distributed/global teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience coordinating with Data Engineering, Data Science, ML, Architecture, and Technology teams.
• Exposure to Data Platforms, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML or Cloud environments is highly preferred.
• Experience working in multi-vendor / consulting delivery models is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Databricks, AWS/Azure, Data Lake/Lakehouse environments is preferred.
• Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare or regulated enterprise environments will be an added advantage.
• CSM / PSM / SAFe certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Track sprint commitments, velocity, burndown and release milestones.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers and dependencies.
• Coordinate between client stakeholders and distributed engineering teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across Data Engineering, Data Science and Technology teams.
• Ensure delivery governance, RAID tracking and release readiness.
• Drive Agile best practices and improve team delivery predictability.
