About this role
- Job Title: VIP Support Engineer
- Location: Mumbai
- Provide dedicated technical support to VIP clients, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and proactive issue resolution.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on VIP client systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all support activities, client interactions, and issue resolutions in the service management system.
- Provide training and guidance to VIP clients on the use of IT systems and applications.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to VIP clients.
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting skills under time pressure.
- Knowledge of security, encryption, MFA, and executive-level data handling.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to work beyond standard hours when required.
- Be proficient with English while coordinating with user.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of VIP client information and data.
