Key Responsibilities:
- Provide white-glove support to senior executives and VIP users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, M365, and network issues.
- Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and video conferencing.
- Manage executive meeting room support.
- Handle escalations with high priority and minimal downtime.
