Job Description

We are looking for a skilled VIP Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support to VIP users and senior management. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with Windows, MacBook, iOS, video conferencing, and Microsoft Office 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and priority technical support to VIP users for hardware, software, application, and connectivity-related issues.
• Provide support for video conferencing systems such as Polycom and Crestron devices.
• Assist VIP users with setting up and troubleshooting meetings and conferences through Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom.
• Ensure smooth connectivity and provide real-time technical support during important meetings and conferences.
• Provide support for Google Workspace (GWS), including email and office automation-related issues.
• Handle MS Office 365 installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user ID-related issues.
• Provide hands-on support for MacBook and iOS devices. Knowledge of MacBook and iOS is mandatory.
• Troubleshoot operating system, application, network, printer, and peripheral-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for timely resolution of complex technical issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
• Ensure a professional and customer-focused support experience for VIP users.
