Villa Sales Manager

Role Description: The Villa Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of residential villas, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves meeting prospective buyers, conducting property presentations and site visits, explaining pricing, features, and payment plans, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role includes coordinating with marketing teams to support promotional activities, tracking inquiries, preparing sales reports, and updating management on sales performance and market trends. The Villa Sales Manager also collaborates with project, finance, and legal teams to ensure accurate documentation, smooth handovers, and a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with channel partners
• Proven experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in villa or luxury property segments.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the capacity to explain technical and financial details clearly.
• Comfort with CRM tools, basic MS Office, and maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales.
• Understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and meet sales targets within defined timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or real estate are an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with a commitment to delivering a positive buying experience.
